Fever curve
Log temperatures in °C or °F and see the curve over a day, a week or a month, shaded so a rising fever stands out.
Medicine reminders
Set a course with times and days, preview the whole schedule, and get reminded. As-needed medicines count down to the next safe dose.
Blood pressure
Take two or three readings in one sitting and it keeps the average, with each reading still visible.
Blood sugar
mg/dL or mmol/L, with fasting and after-meal notes and clear in-range and high marks.
The whole family
A chart for each person, with allergies, vaccinations, and weight and height over time. Allergy matches are flagged when you add a medicine.
Two caregivers, one chart
Keep the same chart on two phones. Sync directly over Nearby, phone to phone, after you both confirm a matching code. No server, no account.

Is it free?
Yes. No subscription, no in-app purchases and no ads.
Do I need an account?
No. Open the app, add a person, and start logging.
What happens if I change phones?
Export a backup file from Reminders & settings and import it on the new phone, or sync directly to the new phone over Nearby.
Can my partner and I both use it?
Yes. Each of you installs the app and syncs the same chart between your phones. Changes made on either phone are merged record by record, so neither of you loses what the other logged.
Can I share readings with our doctor?
Yes. Share sends a clean text summary of readings or medicines, with the patient's details and allergies at the top, to any messaging or email app.
Is HealthTrack medical advice?
No. It's a record-keeping tool, not a medical device, and it doesn't diagnose or treat anything. Always follow your doctor's or pharmacist's instructions.
